AFLSSQ REVIEW 2017
The AFLSSQ Review 2017 presents a formal assessment of Aboriginal Family Legal Service Southern Queensland Indigenous Corporation (AFLSSQ).
The Review is presented in three parts. Part 1 Marking Boundaries introduces the organisation, the review framework and report design. Part 2 Southern Queensland provides a profile of our region and communities. Part 3 Tracking Performance examines the performance of AFLSSQ’s services and delivery and draws on the information from the Community Legal Assistance Services System (CLASS) data management program, desktop-based literature, corporate files, observations in the field, and interviews with key stakeholders, clients and communities.
AFLSSQ CLIENT SERVICES MANUAL 2018 – 2020
The AFLSSQ Client Services Manual 2018 – 2020 provides an introductory guide for new and existing staff. It brings together information about AFLSSQ principles, policies and procedures to support staff in the delivery of client services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and families in Southern Queensland, who have been affected by domestic and family violence.
The Manual is presented in 11 parts. Parts 1 – 7 provide information on our organisation, our communities, our engagement, our client services, our case practice and our standards. Parts 8 – 11 provide information on the broader sector in which we operate, and includes information on relevant resources, helplines and legislation.
