If you need urgent help, we advise you to first call the police on 000. If you require a domestic violence order, then you should first call the police in an attempt to have a police applicated proceedings. If the police are not able to pursue your application, then please call our services to see what we may do for you.

We can assist you with the following:

• Applying for a Domestic Violence Order (DVO)
• Changing your existing DVO
• Court documents stating you need to be in court for Domestic Violence Application

Domestic violence order (DVO) is issued by the Court to stop threats or acts of domestic violence. This may be required if you are experiencing any behaviours of Domestic Violence.

Please call our service to see exactly what we can do for you. We may do everything from give you simple legal advice, to representing you in Court from start to finish. If we cannot, then we will refer you to a Service that can.
